What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

Three years prior plumbing experience.
Experience in use of plumbing tools such as Hydro jet, sewer machine snake, and jack hammer.
Must be able to receive and act on instructions given verbally and in writing.
Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment.
Must have work vehicle (truck or van) and own hand tools.

Must be able to drive to other locations.
Must be able to walk apartments, grounds and docks including steps and steep gangways.

Your Calling Will Be:

Repair or replacement of cast iron, clay, ABS above and underground sewer lines, repair or replacement of storm drain lines, gas leaks, and installation of galvanized, copper, cast iron or clay pipes.
Installation of water heaters and wall heaters.
Pick up and transport supplies to job site as needed.
Ensure that work area is left in a clean and orderly state at the end of each workday.
Relay information regarding property conditions that could constitute a physical or liability hazard.
Responsible for the preparation of materials for each job.
Ensure that materials and tools are stored at the end of each workday so that they are well protected and do not pose a safety risk.
Responsible for general job site labor including hauling and disposal of debris from job site.
Attend monthly Safety Meeting and perform all work duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company safety policies.
Ensure that bi-weekly timesheets are filled out accurately and submitted timely.
Perform other duties as required.
