About the Role:
EnTech seeks a Full-time "Project Engineer" for the New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Handle background checks and access approvals for contractors.
Maintain communication with contractors and facility staff.
Organize project meetings, agendas, minutes, and online meetings.
Handle administrative tasks, including RFPs, office supplies, and security staffing.
Manage and share schedules for various tasks and personnel.
Oversee background checks and access approvals for site access.
Maintain communication with contractors and facility contacts.
Manage access approvals, gate passes, and other necessary documentation.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and related tasks.
Handle various administrative tasks, including deliveries and general support.

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience working on both larger and smaller projects valued above $1 million.
RFI tracking, contract document review, payment review and preparation.
Knowledge of cost scheduling and change order review.
A basic understanding of scheduling techniques.
Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$74,880 - $97,760
