Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead executingstrategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and drivegrowth with our schools and youth sports segment. The ideal candidate will havea passion for marketing, drive to attack a revenue goal, and the ability to thrivein a fast-paced environment. This is a generalist role, so the successfulcandidate will need to have expertise across multiple areas of marketing, bothonline and offline.

Responsibilities:

Buildan in-depth understanding of the business, brand, value proposition, serviceoffering and market landscape to determine how to best reach the targetaudience.
Maintaincompetitive reviews of similar offerings within market to understand others'competitive positioning.
Stayup-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices inmarketing, and apply relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Developand implement acquisition campaigns targeting schools and youth sports leaguesto promote our services, and increase brand visibility.
Workwith shared services partners (graphic designer, email marketer, digitalmarketer, etc.) to create and execute campaigns (offline and online), productonboarding, sales collateral and assets for the website.
Support the Business Development Manager in creating content, sell sheets, and supporting with thedevelopment of RFP responses.
Writeengaging content for various channels from email campaigns to blog articles.
Generalcopywriting for all assets as required.
Producemarketing assets and collateral, including graphics, videos, and otherpromotional materials.
Planand execute tradeshows, and create engaging experiences for attendees.
Monitorand analyze campaign performance metrics for both online and offlineactivities, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and provideregular reports to management.

This position will be a hybrid positionwith the requirement to work from our office (Oakville, ON - WinstonChurchill/Dundas) 3 times/week, and as required for special events.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Provenexperience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record ofsuccessful marketing campaigns and achievement of measurable results.
In-depthknowledge of marketing principles across both offline and online channels
Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-drivendecisions.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for content andadvertising purposes.
Proficientin using marketing software and tools, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics,etc.
Exceptionalorganizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritizetasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Abilityto keep up in a fast-paced environment.
