We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform general maintenance tasks and keep our office and shop areas clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for cleanliness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
Office Cleaning:
Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting and wiping down desks, counters, and other office surfaces.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Ensure all office trash bins are emptied and cleaned, including proper disposal of recyclables.
Check and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, replenishing supplies as necessary.

Shop Maintenance:
Sweep and clean shop floors to maintain a tidy and safe work area.
Check and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, replenishing supplies as necessary.
Assist in restocking cleaning supplies.

Trash and Recycling Management:
Empty all trash cans and recycling bins across the office and shop.
Clean trash bins as needed to prevent odor or buildup.
Ensure proper separation of recyclable materials.

Safety & Organization:
Monitor for safety hazards in both the office and shop (e.g., clutter, spills, etc.).
Ensure all pathways are clear and accessible.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
