Exact Match Personnel is looking for Food Production Associates to join our Manufacturing plant located in Ontario. This is a temp to hire position with over 80 positions for PM and AM.

MUST BE Bilingual in English/Spanish

ALL POSITIONS ARE TEMP TO HIRE AFTER 90 DAYS with pay increase and full benefits

Before applying PLEASE BE KEEP IN MIND that all applicants must be comfortable in wet working conditions. A strong dry stench like recently opened jerky surrounds the warehouse. PPE will be provided and required for each shift. No jewelry, acrylic nails, is to be worn during working hours.

WEEKLY PAY

Employees must be open to working either Schedule A or B

THE ONLY DAY THAT IS NOT 12 HOURS IS WEDNESDAY (typically 6-8 hours)

A - Sunday - Wednesday 4am-4pm and 4pm-4am

B - Wednesday - Saturday 4am-4pm and 4pm-4am

Responsibilities Per Position:

$17.00 - $17.50 – Wet environment sorting fresh proteins. Beef, Salmon, Chicken, and Ground Turkey. Lift, push and pull boxes of raw food into mixer and then removing once mixed up. Taking bins to specific machines. Once product is in trays, stagging it near the oven. (department smells like thawed out meat)

Personal Protective Equipment: All employees will be given and must wear nonslip boots, aprons, gloves, hairnets and beard nets.

Employee Must Haves:

· Bilingual in English/Spanish

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

· Available to work 12 hours

· Recent General Labor experience (food manufacturing background or warehouse)
