Key Responsibilities:
Lead our Latin American operations and develop strategies to establish our platform in the region.
Build and maintain partnerships with local talent agencies, production companies, and key industry stakeholders.
Represent the platform in business negotiations, marketing events, and community outreach.
Oversee content localization, ensuring alignment with Latin American cultural nuances.
Manage a regional team and drive operational success in line with our global vision.
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese and Spanish (English proficiency is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
Work experience in customer-facing industries such as tourism, hospitality, or sales (experience in media or entertainment is a significant advantage).
A deep understanding of Latin American culture and previous experience living or working in the region.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and complex projects.
