Finders Insurance is looking for a team member that can work 9:30 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Another highly desirable trait is someone who is very social, upbeat, and has a great attitude. Someone who loves to talk to people from all walks of life. You will be the first person our clients see and talk to so in a way you are the most important aspect to the business since you create the first impression.

Beyond that you should be able to multitask, have a basic understanding of google and IE, have great listening skills as well as be able to pass on information from one person to another, be organized, be great at keeping a running list of items that you need to accomplish as well as making sure you accomplish them by the appropriate dates. You should also take great care and passion in your job because this position requires you to be in charge of people's payments and therefore failing to take great care in your work can result in making a mistake which could negatively affect another person's livelihood.

Job description- duties include but not limited to
* Answer and route phone calls
* Take payments in person and over the phone
* Keep the office clean and tidy
* Manage the bank deposits
* Manage the office supply inventory
* File and organize documents
* Handle incoming mail
