Sales Manager Position
Location: Fortitude Fitness Family, Salmon Creek, WA
Compensation: $36,000 base salary + commission (up to $80,000/year)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager who is driven, motivated, and hard-working. The ideal candidate will have a background in fitness and/or sales and will be responsible for driving membership growth, implementing creative sales campaigns, and ensuring our vision is realized through effective marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Train and support front desk staff on membership sales, upselling additional services, and handling customer inquiries.

Sales Campaigns & Strategies:
Develop and implement creative sales campaigns to drive membership growth and retention.

Marketing & Advertising:
Oversee the gym's marketing efforts, including social media ads, email campaigns, and community outreach. Ensure alignment with the gym’s vision and brand.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Foster positive relationships with members and potential clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and/or the fitness industry.
Strong leadership and training skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
Base Salary: $36,000/year
Commission: Potential to earn up to $80,000/year based on performance.
