Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails and phone calls professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field are a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
