Outside Salesperson – Home Improvement Industry

Guardian Pool Fence Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturing and contracting company that has over 30 years in the home safety industry, is actively searching for an experienced and motivated outside salesperson with proven closing ability for in-home sales. If you know how to close the sale in home, this is a very easy close for you. Our salespeople average a 70% plus closing rate. This is an opportunity to be a part of an organization that saves lives with our patented industry leading products designed to keep families safe around their swimming pools. This product is approved to meet the building codes in most areas of SoCal including the City and County of Los Angeles.

All leads are provided by our company. Full sales training is provided with leads primarily in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties. Our top sales reps earn over 100K. You must possess the following:

These leads are NOT cold call leads. Our leads come directly from homeowners who call our office because they NEED our product.

Requirements:

2-3 Years In Home Sales Experience
Must have a reliable car and willing to commute throughout the greater Los Angeles area for appointments and jobsite supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Must be organized and have great communication and follow-up skills
Must have a valid CA Drivers License
Must pass a background check and be bondable
Must be able to come in to go through five to ten days of training during the first two weeks.
A sociable personality to work directly with customers.
Clean DMV report.
Preferred skills:

Some experience with local building code
Spanish speaking is helpful

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
