A reputable law firm in Roseville California, is seeking a dedicated and experienced legal assistant to join our team. Hybrid and flex schedule avaialble. Ideal candidate will be able to come into the office 1 days per week and work from home for 4.

Real estate and business legal experience preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation. Strong people skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer intake phone calls and arrange inital consultations. - Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. - Billing and collections. - Manage case files and maintain organized records. - Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court proceedings. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 years of legal assistant experience in civil litigation, of any type. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
