HD Structures is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join our team. We are adding to our team to keep up with our increased workload.

Current areas of need:
• Meetings with governing agencies.
• Vendor Sourcing, CRM input, and compliance verifications.
• Bid requests from subs.
• Create Build Budget.
• Create POs for vendors and suppliers.
• Process Change Orders and forward to Supervisors and Client.
• Process RFIs as needed. Forward to all affected parties.
• Approve Vendor bills before AP checks are issued.

Custom Homes, Timber-Frame, Log Homes, ICF

Skills/other you must have:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
• Problem analysis, diagnostic, and solution skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a clean, tidy manor.
• Ability to complete skills training to meet company and OSHA safety requirements and willingness to take additional required training to obtain certifications as required per project.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic Computer Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excell.
• Can show up on time daily.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Desire to learn and advance.

You must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings including criminal background, motor vehicle report, and drug screenings.

Benefits Package: To begin once Employee is working full-time (32 hours minimum),1 week PTO, Paid Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day), 3% Match IRA once minimum qualifications are met. Able to take two full weeks off a year with advanced notice of 60 days, One week with advanced notice of 30 days, pre-approval by upper management.

Other Benefits: employee has the flexibility to work a varying schedule as needed. General schedule Monday-Friday, up to 9 hours each day. Employee may work from home when needed due to inclement weather or other special circumstances with approval.

Housing Paid, Daily Food Allowance, Fuel Card, Company Vehicle.
