Callos Home Health Care is looking for a part-time licensed RN to join our clinical team in Cleveland to cover cases in Cuyahoga County. Must be willing to travel

Primary Duties Include

Conduct and document clinical visits under direction of DON
NON -skilled homecare, NO CLINCIAL responsibility or care required for role.
Conduct and document supervisory visits under direction of DON
Conduct admissions on new patients
Must be able to work independently.
Conduct home health aide orientation and training weekly.
Promote a culture committed to care excellence and high-quality service

Skills and Qualifications

Licensed RN or LPN
Home Health Experience Required
Experience with Medicaid and Senior population desired.
Own a vehicle and able to visit client homes
Excellent time management skills
Interest in home health and willingness to learn!
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player
Strong attention to detail
Documented consistent and reliable work history required.
Marketing, training, community outreach or LIASION experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time, Flexible PRN

Pay- is based on level of experience, qualifications, availability. HIGHLY COMPETETIVE PAY with incentives and mileage reimbursement for the right individual

Schedule:

Flexible, depending on availability and client needs. M-F dayshift hours

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus, incentive and mileage reimbursement
SINGING BONUS after 90 days.

Education/Certifications:

RN or LPN License

Language:

ENGLISH, Spanish a bonus

Work Location: traveling (in person) – CUYAHOGA COUNTY----Cleveland and surrounding areas

Pay: Per Visit - (Negotiable) Various pay structures possible

Expected hours: 5 –15 hours per week
