Qualifications:

Not afraid of heights

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Self-motivated

Honest

Strong attention to detail

Has a current valid drivers license

I find this job is very difficult if you weight over 200 lbs

Has a vehicle to be able to drive to work everyday

Has a valid Social Security number

Able to work at least three days a week for 8 to 10 hours a day

Does not use illegal drugs

Can commit to at least 3 months

Willing to work outside in rainy conditions

Provide a resume including most recent work experience going back 5 years and dates worked(month and year) and contact information(name and phone number) of individuals for references from those jobs. References can be supervisor or boss.

Responsibilities:

Perform heavy cleaning duties pertaining to gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning and window cleaning

Go out of town for multiple days staying in hotels for out of town jobs if necessary
