Job Description:

As Front Office Support for Jonny's Tree & Landscaping Co, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth front office operations. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator with strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. Attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and returning calls promptly
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Assisting all divisions of the company with customer communication
Performing basic office duties as required

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Experience with Excel and Word is preferred, but not required
