📋 Job Description

KeyOpp Property Management & Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and personable full-time receptionist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations and serving as the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, vendors, and team members. 🔧 Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for renters, vendors, owners, buyers, investors, and sellers in person, via phone, email, or text.
Manage office operations, including maintaining schedules, processing documents, and managing correspondence.
Efficiently respond to and direct inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Update and organize client, vendor, and property databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order office supplies, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Support property management and real estate teams with scheduling, document preparation, and task coordination.
Liaise with vendors to schedule maintenance and repairs.

✔️ Qualifications

Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
Bilingual in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred, but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
