Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone
- Return calls from prospective and current clients
- Complete check-ins
- Enter leads/prospects in lead system
- Ensure paperwork has all required signatures
- Organize paperwork
- Quickly answer questions pertaining to the bail process
- Ability to type
- Ability to learn new softwares quickly
- Help obtain essential information to close bonds
- Data entry

Schedule:
- Hourly (Non-exempt)
- Full-Time (40 hours not guaranteed and dependent on company needs)
- Flexibility to work any shift during the 24/7/365 schedule
- No holidays guaranteed

Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Flexibility to work any shift during 24/7/365 schedule
- Experienced and comfortable talking to customers on the phone

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
