We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. We offer a 90/10 split so that you can keep your commission while still getting the benefits you need to be successful. As a Licensed Realtor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of real estate laws, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Duties
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and market trends.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve optimal results.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Provide guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of California.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales.
Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures.
Familiarity with real estate law is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
