Overall responsibility: The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic learner, detail orientated, mechanically inclined, excellent multi-tasker and a self-starter.

This is an entry level position with the intent that a successful Junior Project Manager will grow into a Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for running several projects from start until finish, which includes submittal preparation, ordering material, schedules and coordinating with our Company’s field installation team. A Junior Project Manager will be an enthusiastic learner, will possess excellent time management skills, ability to follow quick instructions, superior organization skills, excellent customer service skills, a mechanical aptitude and dedication to getting the job done.

Hours: Full time (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM). Due to construction hours, the Jr. PM may be required work outside of these hours on occasion. The Jr. PM may be eligible to partake in the Company’s flexible work schedule, although being in-office the majority of the time is a job requirement.

Compensation: $70,000 annual salary + quarterly commission. $300/month vehicle allowance & company issued mobile phone. L2 Specialties offers a medical, dental and vision plan as well as retirement plans.

Terms of Employment: At-will.

Qualifications:

• Some college experience required.
• Have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reside within a 15 miles radius to L2 Specialties, Inc’s. Orange County headquarters.
