We are looking for a Receptionist for a busy plaintiff personal injury law firm. We need a motivated, professional individual to join our team. This is a full time position. This individual must be professionally polished, have exceptional interpersonal skills, and be detail oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a positive attitude who is extremely computer savvy. This individual must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress well, and work as a team. Also, needs to be extremely organized, a logical thinker and needs to be able to come up with quick and accurate solutions. Must have strong writing skills, strong basic math skills, proficient phone communication skills, as well as be punctual and reliable. Candidate must have a vehicle for daily use and proof of insurance.
Previous office and legal experience is not necessary.

JOB DUTIES (which include but are not limited to):
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Working directly with multiple staff members
• Filing all documents
• Responsible for specific daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining the client database
• Create/open and close out all client files
• Order office supplies and maintain adequate stock
• Opening mail daily
• Copying and scanning voluminous documents
• Greeting all clients/guests that enter the office
• Prepare conference room for meetings/depositions
• Completing special projects
• Running errands
• Light office clean up/up keep
• Maintain filing cabinets and client folders

Pay Range: Negotiable (starting hourly wage is generally $18-$20 DOE)
