Caregiver/Care Coordinator in Escondido. (Home care agency)

A long time ago there was a person named Ese. She started her career and wanted to be a Nurse. Some kind of way she created this beautiful Home Care agency specially for the care of people who have lost the ability to care for themselves because they have spent too many days in the hospital bed.

My name is Ese and I have a long list of clients waiting for my exclusive personal care in their homes. I love what I do, you have to work with me to know what I mean. I am looking for a person with heart, passion and a person who is genuinely interested in making the world a better place. I call that person a client happiness and operations assistant. A person great working with people and help others to take care of themselves professionally and personally. It is a full-time position or Part time with benefits. Duties: Hiring caregiving team, staffing available shifts and scheduling Caregivers. Answering the telephone, general office duties, preparing files and staff. Organizational skills, Customer service, some HR Duties, meeting and introducing new staff to clients, orienting new staff to agency routine, orienting staff to clients care program and occasional caregiving in the clients' home.

Experience Needed: CNA, HHA, Home care aide, medical assistant, Patient care assistant, retired Nurse.
Home Care , caregiving, recruiting new staff, coordinate hiring events, monitor online hiring Post and follow up with potential candidates. Review resumes, screening documents and onboarding new team member.
