Overview
We are a growing dental practice, specializing in Periodontics. We are looking for a friendly, personable, responsible, and organized Front Office Team Member. The ideal candidate thrives on organization and understands the value of supporting others as a team player. If you are a quick learner, energetic, and with a good, professional demeanor, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
• Greet patients in person and on the telephone
• Manage daily and weekly patient appointments/scheduling
• Correspond with patients and dental offices
• Treatment plan coordination and patient communication
• Manage office computers, website, and inventory
• Manage and run office month end
• Billing, collection, and insurance claims
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA, OSHA)

Skills & Qualifications
• Familiarity with Dentrix office management system
• Excellent customer and computer service skills
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
• Strong organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
