Planning, forecasting and allocating products are the crucial first steps in the products' journey to our clients. It takes analytical, strategic, and results-oriented inventory management professionals to build efour brand partnerships, forecast client behaviors and optimize inventory levels across our network. Create pre-season Brand Budget Plans partnering with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors
Create and manage Department Plans (tops down) and Brand Plans (bottoms up) through both pre-season and in season timeframes.
Open to Buy (OTB): Own monthly in season OTB forecast of sales and inventory needs within budgeted goals.
Present at monthly cross-functional OTB meeting
Analyze and partner with Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
Own newness/launch forecasts and buys to support all merchandising and promo strategies. Analyze and validate inventory needs for Animations, App Previews, Emails, and early launches.
Analytics: Analyze and validate sales and inventory needs for Key Initiatives, Animations and promotions. Conduct Newness hindsight and key initiatives analysis on a quarterly basis
Develop New Brand strategies, projected sales, and inventory needs for launch timeframe.
Consistent communication with vendors on sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues
Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events; Report business weekly stock continuity

2-5 years of Planning experience
Excellent technical skills - MS Office (specifically Excel, Word).
Contributes new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges in merchandising, operations and finance.
Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business decisions.
Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and task management skills.
Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
