Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, enabling them to manage various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and enhancing productivity for the CEO. The incumbent will errands as needed working a schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
-The Personal Assisant will support the CEO with both business and personal projects and tasks.
- Manage and organize documents, follow up with assigned pending tasks.
- Run errands as needed - pick up parts, postal office, car wash, etc.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized files and records, both digital and physical.
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize office equipment and phone systems effectively to enhance productivity.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Skills
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
