We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain our short-term rental properties in San Clemente, California. The ideal candidate will ensure that our properties are kept in pristine condition for guests, providing a welcoming and comfortable experience.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and bedrooms.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and appliances.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors.
• Restock guest supplies (toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.).
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
• Ensure the property is ready for the next guest according to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Roof lights quarterly.
• Ventilation fans quarterly.
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience in Airbnb, especially in short-term rentals or hotels, preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Upon successful hiring and join the company, the company will provide detailed cleaning standards
• Salary will be paid on monthly basis.
