Construction Marketing Assistant

We are a General Contractor company specializing in both commercial and residential interiors. Currently we are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking marketing associate to join our team! Must have great communication skills and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

Major Responsibilities:

Under the direction of Mark Huff, The Construction Marketing Assistant will be instrumental in developing marketing strategies and performing market research. This position is an hourly wage that includes medical, dental,401k and a stipend for cell phone use after 90 days of employment is completed. Role is also required to clock in and out of work every day via TSheets.

1. The ideal candidate will be developing marketing strategies and performing market research.
2. Create and manage online content for the company’s website and understands and implements social media strategies on (Instagram, Yelp, LinkedIn)
3. Communicate with Architects for potential Project Leads.
4. Cross Marketing with Architects Marketing Team
4. Researching/Coordinating special events trade shows to assist.
5. Connect with developers, architects, consultants, and designers to achieve sales target.
6. Set Measurable Marketing Goals as increasing website traffic by a certain percentage and generating a set number of new leads per month.
7. Keep Google calendars with events and trade shows up to date.
8. Scheduling with Photographers and Video Editor for pictures and videos at our Job Sites.
9. Manage and maintain the marketing email, ensuring effective communication with clients and prospects.

Requirements

1. Candidate must be legal to work in the US and fluent in English.
2. Candidates must have a clean driving record and VALID California Driver's License.
3. Candidate must have the ability to work with others, be a team player and be communicative with co-workers and supervisors.
4. Dependability and punctuality are crucial for showing up on time and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
5. Proven experience as a marketing assistant, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
6. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach to tasks.
7. Excellent command of MS Office.
8. Bring examples of work done in the Past.
