Position Summary: The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the Resource Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role involves managing program staff, developing program policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Resource Center.
Supervise and support staff, including case managers and outreach staff.
Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols.
Ensure compliance with funding requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
Monitor program performance and outcomes and prepare reports for the Executive Director and funders.
Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, service providers, and stakeholders.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or social services setting.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of issues related to homelessness, recidivism, and supportive housing.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
