Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team at this new coffee drive through coffee shop! Showcase you barista skills in creating exceptional coffee experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming café environment. This position requires a blend of customer interaction, and attention to detail to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Educate customers about menu offerings and promote sales through effective communication.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Previous Barista experience in a café environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour DOE + Tips

Expected hours: 4 – 36 per week
