Already licensed with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)? Great! You’re perfect for the job.

Familiar with Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) and Truth In Lending Act (TILA) regulations? That’s exactly what we’re looking for. Strong in math and accounting? That’ll come in handy here. Can you negotiate, communicate and provide excellent customer service? That sets you apart from any other mortgage officers.

WHAT YOU DO
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll be the driving force behind securing client loans, handling everything from initial application to closing. You'll assess applicants' financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to ensure they’re a fit for the loan process.
Beyond crunching numbers, you'll negotiate terms with borrowers to secure the best deals. You’ll also rely on loan origination software like Calyx Point while adhering to FNMA guidelines and TILA requirements, guaranteeing each transaction is smooth, secure, and in full regulatory compliance. Without you, these homeownership dreams won’t become reality.
