Join Our Growing Boutique Dental Practice in Newport Coast! Front Office with Back Office Experience (3-4 Days/Week)

Our boutique dental practice is growing, and we’re looking for a highly professional, proactive, and personable Front Office Team Member (certified to help with the back when needed HUGE bonus) to join our team of dedicated professionals. What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced & Motivated: At least 2 years of dental front office experience is required. You’ve got a solid understanding of scheduling, patient care, and presenting treatment plans with confidence. (Back office experience a hug plus with a willingness to pivot when needed)
• Customer-Centric & Clear Communicator: You’re not just answering calls—you’re creating positive, lasting first impressions, helping our guests feel welcome, informed, and valued.
• Professional & Engaging Personality: We’re all about creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. You’ll represent our practice with poise, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help at the elite level.
• A Team Player: You’ll work alongside a close-knit team of 5, collaborating and supporting each other to deliver exceptional service. You’re ready to commit to long-term growth and success with us!

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a seamless and welcoming experience for all our guest, especially new guests.
• Handle scheduling with precision, optimizing time for both guests and providers.
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options in a way that fosters trust and clarity.
• Secondary duties to help in the back when the schedule calls for it
