W2 AGREEMENT. WEEKLY PAY

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Receive and register packages and mails
• Prepare packages for pick-up
• Label delivered devices and locate according to the procedure
• Participate in the data verification process, connect/disconnect devices to the computers
• Meet the clients, register the cases
• Sort out the spare parts, clean the desks if needed
• Order office and other supplies
• Make tea/coffee, organize refrigerator, order snacks, water, etc.
• Perform dusting light office cleaning (e.g. open surfaces, desks, general waste, etc.)
• Communicate with other team members to achieve the company goals
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Superb communication skills, written and verbal in English
• Associate degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Knowledge of technology and an IT background are desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good speed typing skills on QWERTY keyboard

Excellent time management skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently without direction.

Schedule:
9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST), Monday to Friday (40 hours/weekly, 1 hr unpaid break)

Salary:
$18-$22/hr
