Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Attorneys with case management
• Prepare and complete immigration forms and applications
• Copy, scan, file and mail legal documents
• Prepare and draft some legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Maintain and organize client's files
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish is a must
• College education required
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Passionate about helping vulnerable individuals and families
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for working with people
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
