Job Description:

>Provide administrative support to our team
>Answer phone calls and manage correspondence
>Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
>Organize and file documents
>Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
>Attend meetings and take detailed notes
>Manage office supplies and equipment

Requirements:

>Excellent organizational and time management skills
>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
