APARTMENT BUILDING RESIDENT MANAGERS

Husband/wife Team with minimum of 5+ years direct experience as building managers. Bilingual (Ideal English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) to manage a great 31 unit apartment building in Van Nuys.
These are NOT full time or independent positions, BUT do require schedule flexibility and time availability as needed & a high level of self-responsibility, urgency, accountability.

The Manager handles Administrative duties and responsibilities; Leasing, Rent Collections, Interaction with tenants, main office staff, maintenance staff, service providers, inspectors, Etc. Building cleaning responsibilities. Must have time availability and flexibility from 8-6 PM to conduct business activities as necessary. Must have strong communication, leasing and rent skills.

The Co-manager must have strong Handyman type Maintenance and Repair skills, and experience to perform light maintenance and repair duties in occupied and vacant units. Shared cleaning responsibilities. MUST be able to consistently allocate and commit an average of 3-Hrs per day, between 8-6 pm to perform duties. Must own full set of hand & power tools, and reliable transportation.

Total Compensation: Large 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment valued at $2500 + Salary + Bonus.
