Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the owner of our company with administrative and operational tasks on a temporary part-time basis (8-20 hours a week). This position will last approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on completing assigned tasks with the possibility of longer-term positions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have experience creating professional documents, and be comfortable working with Google Drive and quickly learning new online software tools. Any bookkeeping experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Maintain and manage files on Google Drive, ensuring they are accurately labeled and easy to access.
Assist in learning and implementing online software tools to streamline workflows and processes.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling.
Collaborate with the owner to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
If applicable, provide light bookkeeping support, such as organizing financial records or inputting data.
Support any additional tasks as needed to help meet company goals during the project period.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with Google Drive: Familiarity with organizing and managing files in Google Workspace.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online software tools and systems.
Bookkeeping Skills (Preferred): Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial organization is a plus.
Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Flexibility: Willingness to take on various tasks as required by the owner.
