About the Role

As a Network Architect, youwill play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and managing RFNOW's network,VOIP, and emerging services. Your expertise will help drive the evolution ofour networks to support expansion across Western Manitoba and EasternSaskatchewan. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives ina fast-paced environment and enjoys developing processes that empower teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain network and VOIP infrastructure.
Collaborate with teams to plan, deploy, and support network and VOIP services.
Research and recommend enhancements to improve network and VOIP performance.
Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to support team development.
Monitor network capacity and generate reports on key metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
10+ years of experience in network and VOIP roles, with at least 5 years as a Network Architect.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving network technologies.
Strong communication and technical skills.
Previous experience in an ISP organization.
Hands-on experience with VOIP systems.
Cisco networking training and certifications are highly desirable.
