We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist/Sales Associate to join our team! This is a seasonal, full-time position with the possibility of transitioning to part-time during our slower months. We cannot stress it enough that customer service is required, we are always interacting with customers and need someone who is friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The right candidate will be well versed in computers, emails, Microsoft, word, sheets etc. This position requires managing various tasks simultaneously in a busy, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Manage phone calls, emails, schedule visits, and customer inquiries
- Assist with sales and promote products/services as needed
- Stocking, organizing and ordering chemicals
- Perform light lifting (up to 50lbs) as part of daily duties
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- Performing water tests and giving recommendations based off of test results (will train for this)
- Creating lists of certain inventory items (panels and covers)
- Light cleaning of one restroom and showrooms/store, light dusting, sweeping mopping, cleaning hot tubs, keeping your desk area tidy

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a team player
