We're looking for great salespeople for this outside/field sales position. This position is open to entry-level and senior candidates and will provide endless doorways to growth within the company. If you are a skilled salesperson, you will excel here and be paid generously for getting the job done. Even if you have minimal sales experience, our training is ongoing, always improving, and some of the best in the industry, so you will have everything you need to succeed; many new hires break records. -Manage areas of hundreds/thousands of homes and have daily face-to-face conversations with decision makers about their electricity needs

Hitting minimum metrics makes most people above $100k/year. The top 10% of earners are making well over $400k/year, but there is no cap. There is a $4,000 training start-up bonus for reaching your targets, as well as the option to elect hourly pay while you create your pipeline. Top installers and recruiters are also rewarded with ownership (stock) in the company, in addition to earning commission on every account that is installed. Our incentives and rewards are usually unique, glamorous, and extremely desirable/motivating.
