Tandoori Life Catering, known for authentic Indian and regional cuisine, is looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Cook/Halwai to join our team. If you love cooking traditional Indian dishes and have experience with large-scale catering, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:
• Cook a variety of Indian dishes – appetizers, curries, breads, and desserts – using authentic recipes.
• Prepare large orders while keeping flavors and presentation top-notch.
• Handle ingredient prep and manage cooking for catering events.
• Keep track of spices, ingredients, and supplies to make sure we never run out.
• Follow food safety rules and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Work with the Executive Chef to improve and add new dishes to the menu.
• Stay calm and work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as an Indian cook, ideally in catering or a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and big catering orders.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and focus on consistent quality.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Friendly and able to work well with others.
