We are a small family owned company based out of Peoria, AZ. Both Owners are also drivers.
We have been in business since 2019 and have always treated drivers with dignity and respect.
We haul dry van work within AZ, Southern CA, Southern NV.

The position I’m looking to fill is a local SoCal driver to live load trailers, drive them to meeting spot then do drop n hooks/ relays with my AZ driver in Indio / Thousand Palms area. Monday - Friday 2-3 times per day.

What we offer:

[ ] Pay is $110 per relay 2-3 relays / day

[ ] If driver needs to deliver a load add $50 to your relay

[ ]Mostly No touch Freight but we pay for driver assist and detention after 2 hours. When driver load/unload is needed we pay the driver $25/ hr

[ ] local work Home every day.

[ ] $900 Sign on bonus

[ ] Safety equipment provided

[ ] I ask you give me minimum 5 days of work per week, Monday - Friday and sometime Saturday if you request extra work or if you need to deliver a load to complete it. Hours vary but usually start after 6 am and expect to work a full HOS shift.
You I have a few drivers including both company owners, and temporary drivers to help cover shifts when you need specific dates off. Anniversaries, birthdays, concerts, camping trips, graduations etc. We have life’s outsides of our trucks and know that you do as well.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- [ ] Must live near Mira Loma or Fontana, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Ontario, Coachella/ Indio would also work.

[ ] If you know somewhere to park truck and trailer safely you will get preference, ideally in Mira Loma area or Coachella area.

- [ ] 2+ years experience , insurance will not accept any drivers under.

- [ ] Knowledgeable on HOS, E Logs, weight distribution

- [ ] Able to pass a drug test

- [ ] Clean driving record no accidents or violations

- [ ] Absolutely no truck abandonments ( Will check DAC report)

- [ ] Responsible
- [ ] Excellent communication skills
- [ ] Detail oriented
- [ ] Common sense
- [ ] Strong work ethic
- [ ] Accountable
- [ ] #1 requirement is that the candidate have an optimistic attitude, I do not tolerate poor, negative, and disrespectful attitudes.
