The Lilith Clinic is seeking a pro-choice, dynamic Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team in Portland, Oregon.

This is an excellent opportunity to impact patients' lives in a well-established and respected health center that specializes in providing abortion care.

Employment type: part time/per diem: 25-30 hrs/wk, Monday through Saturday.

Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:

-- maintaining a non-judgmental, patient-friendly, and team-oriented environment
-- preparing exam rooms, recovery, and laboratory for the day
-- assisting physicians with procedures
-- assisting at the front desk as necessary with phones and charts
-- knowing and complying with HIPAA and all other medical information privacy policies at all times
-- assisting in patient flow and information disbursement to doctors and other personnel on clinic days

Certification: current CPR/BLS or must be obtained during new hire period.

Previous experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. New grads are welcome to apply.

Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Days/Hours: Schedule varies, 8A-6P. The Lilith Clinic is open 6 days a week - Monday through Saturday.
