There is room for growth into a managerial position for the right person. Many systems are currently being re-built and you'll be a part of the new growth.

Key Initial Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.
Manage multiple phone lines and efficiently book appointments.
Handle client payments and rescheduling.
Communicate with the back office to ensure smooth operations.
Perform data entry and assist with client retention efforts.

Calculating co-pays
Managing our membership program.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of receptionist and or administrative experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Reliability and a positive attitude are essential!

Experience in medical billing or with Mindbody software is a plus, as is any managerial experience. Please be sure to mention this in your cover letter to catch our attention.
