We’re looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Front Desk Representative.

Job Description

As the face of our company, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure a positive experience from the moment they walk in or call, by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar.
• Provide information on services, pricing, and promotions.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.

Qualifications
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Schedule & Pay
• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Hours of operation: mom to mom 9am to 6pmo.
