We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of maintenance skills and be able to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, vacuuming pools, and repairing equipment

- Minor drywall repairs

- Overall facility maintenance: Replacing door handles, HVAC filters, light bulbs, door hinges, shower handles, shower heads, fix broken castles, etc.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

Qualifications:

- Job requires traveling between sites (4245 South Grand Canyon Drive Las Vegas NV 89147, 8043 N Durango Drive Las Vegas NV 89143, 670 South Green Valley Parkway Henderson NV 89052). Work van will be provided. Clean driving record is needed.
