About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, NLU & Agentic AI to design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power our AI-driven talent marketplace. You'll focus on natural language understanding (NLU) and agent-based AI systems to create smart, responsive, and human-centric tools.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design and deploy scalable NLU models and conversational AI systems.
Develop agentic AI solutions for decision-making workflows.
Optimize ML models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.
Stay updated on AI trends and incorporate best practices.

What You Can Do:

Proficiency in building and deploying NLU and agentic AI systems.
Expertise in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace.
Ability to develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for production.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Demonstrated success in solving real-world AI/ML challenges with measurable outcomes.

Salary:

$130,000 - $165,000
