Are you a skilled bookkeeper looking for a dynamic, fast-growing company where your contributions matter? At West Coast Wiring & Automation, we specialize in custom home wiring and automation, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team!
This is a direct hire, on-site position based at our modern showroom/office located conveniently off the 55 Freeway and Dyer in Orange County. We offer flexibility (2–3 days/week) and a collaborative work environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheet, income, and cash flow).
• Process payroll and assist with related reporting requirements.
• Generate cost reports and perform journal entries with accurate coding.
• Support with accounts payable/receivable and other financial operations.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2–10 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor is required; experience with other construction software is a plus.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and reporting.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Payroll/HR-related accounting experience is a bonus.
