This is a full-time position, looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing client service, supporting our partners and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our firm’s general administrative activities.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various Administrative Assistant functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in this field.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write, correspondence memos, letters, forms,
• Overnight mailing, pick up mail daily and distribute
• Maintain contract files electrically and hardcopies, contract logs
• Provide general support to administration/HR, marketing, accounting, engineering departments
• Facilitate company events

Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
• Must be proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be reliable
• Good team player
• Delteck Ajera is a plus

Salary Offered: Salary will be commensurate with applicant's recent training and job related experience. Starting from $25.00 to $38.00
