The role you’ll contribute:
The Practice Manager II is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Primary Care Network practices. Provides leadership and direction to the entire team in that location. Practice Manager II will be responsible for efficient and effective operations of a practice with at least 7 providers and roughly 20 additional staff members. Responsible for favorable results related to financials, patient experience, provider and staff satisfaction, consumer initiatives, easy access to care, and value-based care.

· Leads entire team within the practice to focus on service and care excellence.
· Recruits, hires, and onboards team members based on mission, culture, and skills fit.
· Assists in recruitment and onboarding of Physicians and APPs at their location.
· Collaborates with identified physician and APP leaders to advance professionalism.
· Builds and maintains positive, effective relationships with all Physicians and APPs in their location. This includes meeting regularly with them, working with them to effect solutions to issues within the practice, and together drive performance.
· Completes operational processes that are focused on maximizing use of clinical space, ease of access to care, and patient flow.
· Evaluates and manages all key performance indicators to include value-based care, patient experience, finances, staffing mix, and provider and staff satisfaction.
· Meets regularly with team members and providers to share performance and drive positive results. Provides oversight and accountability for consumer experience performance and builds and executes consumer focused action plans. Proactively reaches out to patients when service recovery is needed.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
· Knowledge of medical terminology and technology
· Experience in finance and accounting skills with regards to oversight of a large department budget
· Data analysis and critical thinking
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines and address daily operational hurdles as well.
· Ability to develop positive working relationships with Physicians, APPs, staff, and all external departments that support the location.
· Highly professional with excellent customer service skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field and 4 years of healthcare leadership experience
Or equivalent experience in healthcare
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
· Certified by the American College of Medicare Practice Executives (ACMPE)
· Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads team of roughly 20 team members and oversees operations of 7 Physicians and APPs
