Position Summary
The Operations Manager oversees the Health Club Attendant and Wellness Technician teams, ensuring a seamless execution of services, operational workflow, and superior customer service standards. This role focuses on scheduling, onsite floor supervision, staff training, service quality, safety, cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency throughout all the areas impacted by these two teams. The Operations Manager will drive cross-training initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and ensure members experience exceptional care and hospitality in all wellness areas. This is a full-time, onsite position; Sunday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, hospitality management, project management, or a related field (required)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a health club, wellness center, spa, restaurant, retail, or similar setting (required)
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a team with professionalism, clarity, and empathy (required)
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (required)
