Position Overview: As a Concrete Finisher, you will need a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to restore and finish surfaces to the highest standards. This role requires a blend of technical skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail to ensure quality results on various projects that include commercial and residential work. Having your own tools is a plus!
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete application, ensuring proper conditions for finishing.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct onboarding process
• Finish surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Restore damaged concrete surfaces through repair techniques.
• Operate concrete mixers and other machinery as needed for project completion.
• Collaborate with team members to build forms for pouring concrete in various structures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to concrete forming and finishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
• The ability to inspect the finished product for imperfections or defects, ensuring it meets quality standards.
• Must be able to provide evidence of your legal right to work in the U.S.
